Lenticels on current year's branchlets present. Internodes 0.1–2 cm. Stipules caducous, linear-triangular, 0.5 mm. Petiole glabrous, rough or grooved surface, 2–5 mm. Lamina elliptic to obovate, oblong (1:2), 2–3.5 X, 0.9–1.6 cm, coriaceous, glabrous abaxially. Base cuneate to acute. Apex rounded to obtuse, mucronate. Apex retuse or rounded. Margin revolute (très finement), entire (mais avec parfois une dent visible ou quelques toutes petites dents pratiquement invisibles) or dentate, teeth inconspicuous. Teeth 1–2 ca., on the distal half of the margin. Midbrid adaxially impressed, pubescent on proximal half. Midbrid abaxially raised, glabrous. Secondary veins abaxially evident, 4–6 pairs. Tertiary veins abaxially evident. Ponctuation abaxiallly present or absent (la ponctuation est difficile à observer, peut-être absente).

Male flowers.— Thyrses axes solitary and axillary. Thyrses axes 0.1–0.5 cm. Cymes of order 1–2. Peduncles glabrous (parfois quelques poils courts). Peduncles of order 1 4–7 mm. Pherophylls of order 1 at 2–6 tenth from the base. Peduncles of order 2 1–2.5 mm. Pherophylls of order 2 at 0–1 tenth from the base. Bracts deltoids, pubescent, 1 mm, margin entire. Pherophylls of order 1 opposite, linear-triangular (souvent asymétriques), glabrous, 0.3 mm, margin entire. Male flowers 4–5 -merous, white. Calyx glabrous, 1.5–2 mm in diam., margin entire. Corolla 2.5–3 mm, petals free or connate on, petals 15–20 % of their length. Apex margin entire. Stamens at the anthesis shorter than corolla (mais pas de manière marquée). Rudimentary ovary subglobulous or flattened, glabrous.

Female flowers.— Thyrses axes solitary and axillary. Thyrses axes 0.2–0.6 cm. Cymes of order 1. Peduncles glabrous or pubescent (pubescent à la base (parfois glabre) devenant glabrescent à glabre près de la fleur). Peduncles of order 1 6–12 mm. Pherophylls of order 1 at 2–5 tenth of the base. Bracts deltoids, pubescent, 1 mm, margin entire. Pherophylls of order 1 opposite, deltoids, glabrous or pubescent, 0.5 mm, margin entire. Female flowers 4 -merous, white. Calyx glabrous, margin entire, 2 mm in diam. Corolla 2.5 mm, petals free or connate on, petals 10–15 % of their length. Apex margin entire (possibly beaded). Staminodes sagittate, glabrous. Ovary ovoid, glabrous, stigma capitate, stigma glabrous.
