Habit, vegetative morphology. Tree or shrub, evergreen, 210 m tall. 6.520 cm dbh. Current year's branchlets glabrous. Branchlets older than one year smooth or furrowed or rough, greyish or reddish, glabrous. Lenticels on current year's branchlets present. Internodes 0.21 cm. Stipules persistent, linear-triangular, 0.40.8 mm. Petiole glabrous, rough or grooved surface, 25 mm. Lamina elliptic to obovate, oblong (1:2), 1.54.5 X, 0.81.8 cm, papyraceous to coriaceous, glabrous abaxially. Base cuneate to obtuse. Apex rounded to obtuse, mucronate. Apex rounded. Margin revolute, crenate to dentate, teeth conspicuous. Teeth 1014 ca., over the entire length of the margin. Midbrid adaxially impressed, pubescent on proximal half. Midbrid abaxially raised, glabrous. Secondary veins abaxially evident, 57 pairs. Tertiary veins abaxially evident or obscure (rarement). Ponctuation abaxiallly present.
Inflorescences. Solitary dichasium.
Male flowers. Cymes of order 2. Peduncles glabrous or pubescent (finement). Peduncles of order 1 (6)1221 mm. Pherophylls of order 1 at 79 tenth from the base. Peduncles of order 2 12.5 mm. Pherophylls of order 2 at (0)24(5) tenth from the base. Pherophylls of order 1 opposite, linear-triangular, glabrous, 0.51 mm, margin entire. Male flowers 4 -merous, white. Calyx glabrous or pubescent (finement), 1.52.5 mm in diam., margin entire or margin ciliate or dentate. Corolla 1.52.5 mm, petals connate on, petals 3050 % of their length. Apex margin entire. Stamens at the anthesis shorter than corolla. Rudimentary ovary subglobulous or flattened, glabrous.
Female flowers. Cymes of order 12. Peduncles glabrous or pubescent (finement). Peduncles of order 1 918 mm. Pherophylls of order 1 at 68 tenth of the base. Peduncles of order 2 34 mm. Pherophylls of order 2 at 24 tenth of the base. Pherophylls of order 1 opposite, linear-triangulate, glabrous, 0.51 mm, margin entire. Female flowers 4(5) -merous. Calyx glabrous, margin ciliate or dentate (finement ciliée), 34 mm in diam. Ovary spherical, glabrous, stigma capitate or columnar, stigma glabrous.
Fruits. Fruit green to red, spherical, 34 mm in diam., 34 mm.
