Botanica - the rise of invasive neophytes

Botanica - The rise of invasive neophytes

Exotic and new plants have been introduced throughout the world since the discovery of America by Christopher Columbus more than 500 years ago.

We are happy to display the BOTANICA exhibition centered around these invasive neophytes which benefit from the advantageous conditions brought forward by climate change to pursue their massive spread thus causing environmental, economic or health problems.

Discover the features and strategies these plants have developed to become formidable adversaries in nature and the measures undertaken to deal with them.

Exhibition in French and German
Located in the Plane tree Walkway

Open to all from 10 years old
