Keb’ Mo’ a été récompensé de onze nominations et quatre Grammy Awards pour son oeuvre. Il a composé pour le groupe de country Dixie Chicks, joué à la Maison-Blanche pour la famille Obama et enregistré un album avec le légendaire Taj Mahal.
Sur la Scène Ella Fitzgerald, il se présentera avec son bagage le plus simple – seul avec une guitare. Comme dans le documentaire sur la vie de Robert Johnson Can’t You Hear the Wind Howl, Keb’ Mo’ incarnera la légende, l’archétype même du bluesman.
Keb’ Mo’ has received eleven nominations and four Grammy Awards for his work. He has composed for country band Dixie Chicks, performed at the White House for the Obama family and recorded an album with the legendary Taj Mahal.
On the Ella Fitzgerald stage, he will perform with the bare minimum – alone with his guitar. As in the documentary about the life of Robert Johnson Can’t You Hear the Wind Howl, Keb’ Mo’ will embody the legend, the very archetype of the bluesman.
