“I’m interested in systematics and parasitology in general, with a focus on the class of cestoda (tapeworms). I study their diversity and evolution with both morphological and molecular characters. I’m currently working as part of a global programme focusing on the discovery of new forms of these parasites all over the world. I have also worked on the systematics of birds and reptiles, as well as on the problem of coevolution between hosts and parasites.”
