The database currently comprises 164'492 names of flowering plants with their nomenclatural statuts. Data capture, edition and broadcast are the product of a collaboration between
the South African National
Biodiversity Institute, the Conservatoire et
Jardin botaniques de la Ville de Genève and Tela Botanica.
