Biology : Fleshy herb with cylindrical stems 7-12 cm high, 6-7 mm thick when dried; leaves alternate, 40-60 x 6-9 mm, linear-lanceolate or narrowly lanceolate, acute, crisped and wavy along the margins, midrib prominent below.
Ecology : Hills; 330 (or 304?) m alt.
  Only known from the type collected in 1898.
