Biology : Erect, shrubby, vigourous perennial to 1 m tall.
Ecology : Acacia-Commiphora bushland; limestone slopes, red sandy soil overlying limestone and on volcanic rocks; seasonal torrent terrace; 120-1250 m alt. Egypt; Arabia.
