Ecology : Shaded gullies of sandstone hills; with Gilletiodendron glandulosum, Spondias mombin, Diospyros mespiliformis, Cola cordifolia, Fagara leprieurii, Saba senegalensis, Hippocratea parvifolia, Acridocarpus chevalieri, etc.; edge of gallery forest.
