Biology : Shrub 0,5-4(-10-15) m tall, cauliflorous; end branchlets 1 mm , glabrous, with 2 ridges when young, appearing sub-tetragonous; leaf blade with long narrow point.
Ecology : Dense evergreen rain-forest of Caesalpiniaceae, in understorey on shady slopes. Without fruits, can be confused with Brazzeia soyauxii.
