Biology : Sumilar in habit to Z. coccineum, but smaller, with decumbent branches and smaller leaves (leaflets to 6 mm long) and fruit 5 mm long and broad.
Ecology : Rocks; marshes and sandy soils; deep sand.
  Egypt; Arabia.
