Biology : Perennial herb, forming 10-20 cm high cushions, the base covered arising from a short and ramose woody rootstock with rosette
Ecology : Steep slope near the sea, among basalt rocks; 10-20 m alt. Growing in an extremely limited area and extremely arid climate. Only known from the type collected in 1995.
