Ecology and distribution
Trop. Afr.
Biology : Annual herb, pubescent when young; stems prostrate or ascending, many from the base, branched, angled, 10-25 cm long; peduncles short, 1-6-flowered; corolla yellow; pod cylindrical, linear, curved.
Ecology : Iberian Peninsula, S France; Morocco, Algeria, Tunesia, Egypt. Introduced into W Europe. Adventice in Niger: Aïr centrale, gardens
  Cultivations.
  Resembling T.. Foenum = graecum in flower and pod, but he wing petals different (with a distinct long horn) and standard petal (with limb and claw). [see more in the book]
