Herb with subglobose bulb 2,5-6 cm long, scales tightly arranged, often pink towards the top; bulb without threads when torn; bulblets absent; leaves 4-7, erect, elliptic-linear, 20-35x < 2,5 cm, tapering almost from the base, upper surface dichromatic; inflorescence erect or flexuous, often with 50-150 flowers, of same length or longer than leaves, flowers c. 2,5 mm long, purple, tepals c. 0,8 mm wide, apices acute, style c. 1,2 mm long; capsule not recorded. |
