Biology : Epiphytic, creeping herb; pseudobulbs 1-2 cm apart, 1-leafed, conical, 0,6-2,3x0,5-1,6 cm, 4-angled; leaf erect, petiolate (0,1-1 cm), elliptic, 1,6-12x0,7-2 cm, thick; inflorescence 5-31 cm long, densely 15-100-flowered; peduncle 2-7,5 cm long; rachis 5-24 cm long; bracts recurved, ovate-oblong, 4-5x1,5-2 mm, keeled; flowers white, cream or very pale pink, not fully open; sepals lanceolate, 3-6x0,9-2 mm; petals not recurved, rhomboid, 1,5-3x0,6-1,2 mm, margins papillose; lip slightly recurved, fleshy, ± triangular, 1,5-2,3x0,5-1 mm, obscurely 3-lobed in middle, side lobes papillose.
Ecology : Forest; gallery forest; hill forest; relic forest in savanna; in crown of trees, on branches and trunks, 0-900 m alt.
  In Cameroon, perhaps also in Bali Ngemba, at 1450 m alt. (Harvey & al., Pl. Bali Ngemba…: 144, 2004).
