Ecology and distribution

Biology : Epiphytic herb; stems narrow, to 40 cm long; leaves linear (var. laurentii) or oblong (var. kabareensis), 2-4x0,1-0,3 cm and 5-8,5x1,5-2 cm, respectively, folded; inflorescences 1-flowered; flowers green; sepals oblong, apiculate, 3-1,5 mm; petals oblong, 2x1 mm; lip entire, with 2 auricles at base, triangular, 3x1,5 mm; spur cylindrical, 8 mm long, straight.
Ecology : Dense evergreen forest (var. laurentii); gallery forest at 1800 m alt. (var. kabareensis).
