Biology : Epiphytic herb with pendulous stems to 100 cm long; leaves thin-textured, linear, 7-13x0,6-1,1 cm, keeled beneath, twisted at base to lie in one plane; inflorescences to 6, borne on stem below old leaf bases or opposite leaves, 2-3 cm long, 7-10-flowered; flowers distichous, white; sepals ovate, c. 2x1 mm; petals linear, c. 2x0,2 mm, 2-dentate towards apex; lip obovate, c. 1-2x2 mm, base slightly auriculate, apex 3-lobed; lobes triangular, short; spur c. 8 mm long, compressed.
Ecology : Secondary forest; old plantations; on branches and trunks of trees, on, in particular, Dracaena arborea; 0-830 m alt.
