Biology : Tiny saprophyte 2-4 cm tall; rhizome provided with clusters of numerous bulbils; stem simple, rounded, glabrous, with ovate scale-like leaves; flowers 1-4, scattered, zygomorphic, c. 1x0,8 cm; whole flower and ovary deciduous after flowering; no fruit described.
Ecology : Evergreen forest; c. 700 m alt.
  Known from Mt Cameroon “(almost certainly extinct there)” and Mt Kupe. Type collected in 1905.
