Biology : Epiphytic herb; stems filiform, leafy, branched, pendent, to 40 cm long; leaves numerous, close together, flat, oblong-narrowly elliptic, 1-2x0,2-0,4 cm, fleshy, pointed; inflorescences short in leaf axils, 1-flowered; flowers white; tepals ± oblong, 5-6x1,5-2 mm; lip transversely ovate, 3,5-5 mm; spur c. 3 mm long, slender but thick in apical half.
Ecology : Dense forest; high forest; on Gilbertiodendron dewevrei, Julbernardia seretii; 0-1350 m alt.
  Very variable in size and shape of flower spur. Near A. atlanticum, A. pungens.
  Bioko/Fernando Poo. Probably also in Congo-Brazzaville.
