Biology : Epiphytic herb; pseudobulbs 1,5-4,5 cm apart, 1-leafed, ovoid, 1-3x0,6-1,5 cm, 3-angled; leaf lanceolate-oblong, 4-12x1-2 cm, thick; inflorescence 5-25 cm long, 10-24-flowered; peduncle erect, 4/5 of total length; rachis flattened, blade-like, 1,8-7x1-1,5 cm; bracts recurved, deltoid, ovate, 5-11x6-11 mm; flowers distichous, along the median line of rachis, not fully open, cream, stained with (blackish) purple; sepals lanceolate, 6,4-8,8x2,5-5,5 mm; petals ovate-oblong,4-6x1,5-2 mm, 3-nerved; lip recurved, triangular, 1,5-2,5x1,4-2,2 mm, keeled beneath.
Ecology : Rain-forest; hill forest; in central part of tree crowns, on bark; 0-800 m alt.
