Biology : Epiphytic herb hanging down from lower side of tree branches; pseudobulbs c. 5 cm apart, 1-leafed, ± cylindric, c. 1x1 cm; leaf oblong, linear, 9-15x0,5-1 cm; inflorescence to 20 cm long, densely 15-26-flowered; peduncle c. 14 cm long; rachis 6-12 cm long; bracts recurved, oblong, 7,5-9x3,5-4 mm; flowers distichous, c. 5 mm long, greenish tinged with purple, lip purple; sepals triangular, c. 4x2-3 mm; petals oblong, c. 2x1,2 mm; lip ovate, c. 2x1,3 mm, margins ciliate.
Ecology : Forest; 1900-2000 m alt.
