Biology : Dwarf epiphytic herb; pseudobulbs 1,5-5 cm apart, 2-leaved, ± ovoid, 0,5-1,3x0,5-1 cm, 6-angled, purplish; leaves elliptic, 0,8-2x0,6-1,3 cm, dull purple green; inflorescence 3-flowered, 1,5-2 cm long; peduncle 1-1,4 cm long; rachis 0,5-1 cm long; bracts broadly elliptic, 5-6x3-4 mm; flowers very fleshy, c. 1 cm long, (yellow-)green, mottled with maroon, lip purple or yellow; sepals ovate-oblong, 8-10x3-4 mm; petals oblanceolate, c. 7x2 mm; lip narrowly oblong, 5,5x1,6 mm.
Ecology : Rain-forest, on mossy branches; 1750-1900 m alt.
