  Occurrence in Guinea uncertain
The most distinctive species of Cyrtorchis, much sought after by orchid growers, but possibly the trickiest to grow, and reluctant to flower; not easy to obtain. For cultivation, see Bot. Mag. 20/4: 217, 2003.
