Ecology and distribution

Biology : Epiphytic herb, pendent; stem 1-3 cm long; leaves 4-9, twisted at base, in one plane, narrowly ligulate, falcate, 6-25x0,4-1,2 cm, apex very unequally 2-lobed, shorter lobe tooth-like; inflorescences 1-several, 5-17 cm long, borne at stem base, densely 2-8-flowered; peduncle slender, wiry, 4-9 cm long; flowers pale green or greenish white; tepals ovate, triangular, 1,5-2x1-1,8 mm; lip 3-4 mm long, 3-lobed to c. 1 mm from base, mid-lobe linear; spur incurved, 5-10 mm long, swollen and upturned at apex.
Ecology : Riparian and evergreen forests near streams; low down on mossy tree trunks and main branches and on rock faces; in deep shade; common; 600-1800 m alt.
