Biology : Epiphytic herb; stem curved, 3-5 cm long; leaves few, linear, 12-18x0,6-1 cm, in one plane, twisted at base, apex unequally lobed, rounded; inflorescence 2-3 cm long, 2-3-flowered; flowers yellow; tepals ± oblanceolate, 4,5-7,5x1,5 mm; lip saccate at bae, 3-lobed below middle, side lobes longer than mid-lobe, all lobes linear, 6,5-7,5 mm long; spur incurved, cylindric, c. 5 mm long.
Ecology : Moist forest dominated by Agauria salicifolia, Schefflera sp., on old lava flow, adjacent to grassland; 1900-2000 m alt.
  Vulnerable. – Known only from the type collected in 1992.
