Biology : Annual herb (or probably short-lived perennial in undisturbed woody stems and branches, 90-140 cm tall. divaricate-ascending and frequently with sterile axillary short shoots.
Ecology : Deciduous woodland, roadsides, dry shaded banks, by ditches; weed of cultivation; 50-2270 m alt.
