Ecology and distribution
Trop. Afr.
Biology : Grey-hairy loose shrub 17-120 cm tall, much-branched, the to 8 cm long, not rooting at nodes; leaves succulent.
Ecology : Dry grassland with herbs and low bushes, sometimes with Acacia; once found at forest edge and in a damp place in a field; black cotton soil; 600-2100 m alt.
