Ecology and distribution

Biology : Epiphytic herb; stems to 40 cm tall; leaves linear, plane, 4,7x0,4-0,5 cm; inflorescences to 1 cm long, 2-3-flowered; flowers (greenish)white; sepals elliptic, acuminate, c. 2x1 mm; petals linear, c. 2 x < 1 mm; lip c. 2 mm long, 3 mm wide, with minute auricles at base, 3-lobed near middle; side lobes ± triangular, apex entire or slightly denticulate, slightly shorter than the triangular midlobe; spur 5-6 mm long, straight.
Ecology : Evergreen forest; on trunks and large branches; 2350-4000 m alt.
  Very close to T. eggelingii; they are perhaps conspecific. Known only from the type collected in 1997.
