Ecology and distribution
Trop. Afr.
Biology : Ramose, delicate annual herb 10-40 cm tall, erect, ascending or prostrate, with a sparse indumentum of stiff spreading biramous hairs.
Ecology : Rocky hills and outcrops; crevices and shallow soil on granitic rocks; shortly-grassy meadows; moist meadows at banks of river; marshy pastures; stony dry ranges; 1200-1300 m alt.
