Biology : Prostrate or erect annual herb, occasionally rooting at the nodes; stem often flattened, sparsely strigulose, 20-80 cm long, radiating from a central root, copiously branched; with biramous hairs all white and minute gland dots.
Ecology : Cultivated ground; weedy places; open and sandy places; sand at the base of sandstone cliff; hollows; on laterite; savanna; 0-1400 m alt.
