Biology : Very richly branched, erect or ascending, perennial shrublet to 80 cm tall, glabrous; sometimes flowering in first year.
Ecology : Ecology not cited for Eritrea; it is a plant of desert wadis.
  Widespread in southern Sinai; Egypt (rather widespread in the Eastern Desert).
  Sudan? Not in Ethiopia (= L. lalambensis ).
