Biology : Perennial erect herb, subshrub or shrub 0,4-1,8 m tall; whole plant silvery silky with appressed hairs, particularly at apices of shoots, but leaves glabrescent; inflorescences shorter than leaves.
Ecology : Miombo woodland, wooded open grassland; thickets; 800-1000 m alt.
  E S. Africa, Swaziland.
