Ecology and distribution
Trop. Afr.
Biology : Perennial sticky erect herb or undershrub 0,6-1,3 m tall, more rarely a twiner 0,9-1,5 m long; stem pubescent and also with longer glandular-based hairs.
Ecology : Grassland; bushland; often on rocky hill-tops; eroded hard-pan slopes; woodland with Combretum collinum, C. molle, Annona senegalensis; forest with Isoberlina; cultivations; screes; 900(? and less)-2100 m alt.
