Ecology and distribution
Trop. Afr.
Biology : Subshrub 1,5-2 m tall; upper parts, inflorescences, pods densely covered with yellow, probably sticky, tubercular-based setae 2 mm long; stems dark brown, lower parts not setose, but woolly-pubescent, hairs ± in longitudinal lines.
Ecology : Humid places on mountain slopes; 1300 m alt.
  Only known from Serra Namuli (Gurué, Mozambique), and from the type collected in 1941.
