Biology : Perennial succulent herb; stems erect, becoming prostrate, rooting much-branched with opposite leaves and branches.
Ecology : Precipitous flank of an inselberg in rain-forest; growing in narrow humus-filled crevices on steep rock slopes. Known from sterile cuttings collected in 1985, flowering later; all plants in cultivation and type are derived from this single collection.
