Biology : Bushy shrub to 3 m tall, or small tree with trunk to 25 cm Ø, low branching; branches long, arching; branchlets and all other parts of plant hispid with 2-3 mm long hairs; edges of bracteoles with 5-7 stipitate glands.
Ecology : Edges of upland forest; stream banks in forest or savanna; 1000-1600 m alt.
