Biology : Shrub or tree 5-11(-30) m tall, erect or trailing, much-branched; branches spreading, slender, ±4-angular at first, later rounded; sometimes with stilt-roots (in wet places).
Ecology : Rain-forest; along river banks; Cryptosepalum woodland; c. 400 m alt.
