Biology : Shrub to ±2 m tall, sparsely branched with erect, rather stout, rounded stems.
Ecology : Apparently on sandy soils in woodland or scrub; not on rocks; 800-±1300 m alt. Caprivi Strip, Botswana, Namibia, Angola, S. Africa (Transvaal); species with W-E distribution.
