Biology : Small tree or shrub, yellowish bristly-hairy; leaves large with c. 5 pairs of leaflets; petiole, rhachis and leaflet midribs (beneath) densely yellowish hairy; leaflets long-acuminate (acumen 2-3 cm).

Ecology : Dense forest; 200 m alt.
  Seems related to C. edulis.
  Known only from the type (Ledermann 791) collected in 1908; from SW Cameroon (Nkolebunde).
