Biologie : Erect, branched, fleshy shrub 1,5-1,8 m tall; branches thick, ± 0,6 cm Ø 15 cm from the apex, terete.
Ecologie : By fences around cotton plantations, half wild and in thickets at the edges of manioc fields near the mouth of the river Bero; perhaps formerly introduced.
  Only known from the type.
