Biology : Annual, weak, trailing and rooting, sparsely hairy herb; stems 15-60 cm long, often branched; leaves petiolate, 5x1,8 cm, elliptic to ovate, acuminate, when mature nearly glabrous; thyrse dense 1,8-4x1,4-1,6 cm; flowers blue.
Ecology : Ecology unknown.
  Not in Angola nor in Kenya (= A. leiocaule).
