Ecology and distribution
Trop. Afr.
Biology : Herb, probably annual, with stout stem, procumbent at base, 10 erect, divaricate, ramose stems, 5-15 cm high.
Ecology : Rocky hilltops; between rocks in miombo forest; 450-1000 m alt. Distinct species but more material and field studies needed to clarify the distinctions between P. ramosa and P. grandis (with yellow flowers).
