Ecology : On sheer rock faces with southern and western aspects, in sun; 1900-2060 m alt.
  Easily propagated from cuttings. "In cultivation, plants increase rather quickly, especially if watered, and flower prolifically".
  Known from Zimbabwe (Chimanimani Mts.); could occur in Mozambique.
