Biology : Tiny rosulate herb; leaves tapering from base to acute tip, 6-12x0,3-1 mm, spongy, fenestrate; scapes to 12, 10-25 mm, 0,3-0,4 mm Ø, 3-ribbed; capitulum subglobose, 3,5-4 mm Ø, dark grey; bracts spreading, as wide as capitulum; flowers 3-merous.

Ecology : Bare wet soil along small stream; c. 2400 m alt.
  Only known from the type collected in 1971.
