Traduction française anonyme de l’original latin paru chez Rihel en 1546, avec une préface du traducteur. Un dizain initial est signé des initiales J. B. et de la devise "J'attens le temps". Son rôle n'est pas évident. En outre le colophon contient une autre devise "Assez tost, si assez bien". Comme l'a indiqué Théophile Dufour, il s'agit d'une signature de René de Bienassis. Son rôle dans l'édition est plutôt celle d'un financier que d'un traducteur. Les éléments du dossier sont réunis dans la Bibliotheca calviniana, n° 47/5 |
